Times are TBA.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">People have to register for the clean up\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Survey online\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Share the link!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Reaching out to other student organizations, spread the word on and off campus\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Director of Marketing &amp; Recruitment Siniscalchi will be making advertisements<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Chairwoman Montecalvo: IFC and Panhel<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Vice-chair Kim: SAA<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Senator Antoine: Football Team<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Chairwoman Ferrara: Multicultural Center &amp; Feinstein<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Chairwoman Montecalvo will be buying trash bags and gloves<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Certificates will be handed out for volunteer hours<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Leadership Teams\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Chairwoman Montecalvo and President Rode will be in charge of registration and checking in<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Student Senate shirts to be worn on the day of the clean up<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Invite town council liaisons\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Tell them that if they want to interact with students in a more relaxed manner and to get to know students more personally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Teams will be finalized on Friday, 16 October 2015<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Town Council meeting on the bill is the following Monday: 26 October 2015\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Hopes that the off campus clean up will make good impressions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Rest of magnets will be handed out then<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Potential congregation spots:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Old Eastward: Basketball courts<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Bonnet: TBA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Potential food ideas:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Box of Joe\u2019s, Hot Chocolate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Potential Rain Date:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Sunday, 1 November 2015<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Town Council: Executive Summary of Comments to the Narragansett Town Council Regarding Landlord\/Tenant Issues<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Study based on other universities and colleges: partying is not based on the number of students living in a house\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Based on location, community of students in the same location, etc.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Ruled unconstitutional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Read the summary and another piece of information that Chairwoman Montecalvo will email the committee members<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Potential opinion bill\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Should be on the floor tonight and voted next week but we do not know where the Town Council is coming from; do not want to be unprepared\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">A TBA bill will be on the floor within the next month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Extra<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Meetings for the next 2 weeks: 21 and 28 October 2015, will be in Room 360<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MEETING ADJOURNMENT TIME: <\/strong>\u00a05:29<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MEETING START TIME: 5:05 ATTENDANCE: Committee: Montecalvo, Kim, Bailey, Duffy, Bertel, Antoine Absent: Non-Committee: COMMITTEE DISCUSSION: Off-Campus Clean Up: Sunday, 25 October 2015.
