Social host law<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Currently: Every person in house pays $500; Ad-Hoc Committee recommendation: Every tenant under 21 and their parents and landlord will pay the fine<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3. Educate students<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThis is your neighbor campaign\u201d<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Show that students are being active neighbors, possibly a complaint box for residents<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Target younger students: freshman and sophomores. Show them how to live off campus; possibly a Spring conference.
