For houses currently being built, it will be made known for leasing to non-related people<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Lawrence: If students are displaced then there is no way to tell where they will go next, how will they address this?<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Donnelley: Where the zoning boards will mostly be affected?
