The event will be hosted from 4-7pm<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">To do list<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">An email will be sent out with a formal letter asking businesses to \u00a0sponsor the event\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">This email will also contain information as to what amount the business has donated in the past<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Please start brainstorming where you will be able to go to contact businesses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Sign-ups for us Senators to host the event will be by the hour<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Selection of administration to judge the event\u00a0 will be done by seeing who is available at the time as this judging is informal<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">People can bring a suggested donation of food or money for Rhody Outpost<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Look for an email with more information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Women\u2019s Panel<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">March 15 at approximately 5pm potential locations include Atrium 2 (which has the stage)<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">At the meeting we reviewed bios of the people who were submitted as potential panelists\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Deliberation and review occurred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Final 5 are composed of:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Dr. Foster<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Annie Russell<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Naomi Thompson<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Professor Sartini<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Secretary of State Nellie Gorbea<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Reach out to more people as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Advertising includes personally reaching out to clubs that would be a \u201cgood-fit\u201d\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">i.e;
