Usually just the hospitality coordinator and co-coordinator that does all the running and set-up.\u00a0 Artists are picky about who can be in the dressing room, restricts the number of general members who can help in the position.\u00a0 This year, worked with 10-15 artists since September.\u00a0 Necessary to ensure that the artists have everything they need and keep the artists happy and willing to come to the university.\u00a0 For consistency, request that one person to perform the duties instead of pushing the responsibilities onto the general members.\u00a0 Has signatory powers.<\/li>\n<li>Vote (Tabled until constitution approved)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Administrative Secretary\n<ul>\n<li>All paperwork that is not finance.\u00a0 Take minutes for exec board meetings.\u00a0 Keep track of general office hours and meeting attendance.\u00a0 Document events (photographing).\u00a0 Helping with all documents edits (constitution editing).\u00a0 Different from committee secretaries because focuses mostly on the executive meetings.\u00a0 Also organizes minutes provided by the committee secretaries.\u00a0 6 office hours weekly.\u00a0 Necessary to keep track of records of meetings and minutes, prevent the organization from falling into disarray.\u00a0 Other executive members cannot take on the overwhelming workload of the secretary.\u00a0 Needed to keep track of dates for promotional activities.<\/li>\n<li>Vote (Tabled until constitution approved)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Sec\/Treas (within subcommittees)\n<ul>\n<li>Go to assigned committee and take minutes and place them in dropbox.\u00a0 Get minutes out to general members in timely manner.\u00a0 Work closely with business manager to ensure that all financial activities have been completed (purchase orders).\u00a0 Keep track of all finances for committees, shift funder, and complete purchase orders.\u00a0 4 office hours weekly.\u00a0 Spend time before shows settings.\u00a0 Perform promo booths, flyering, walking around advertising shows.\u00a0 Substantially more times spent during the week of the show.\u00a0 Minor differences of responsibilities between the positions within the different committees.\u00a0 Necessary due to the enormity of the budget that the position handles.\u00a0 Business Manager cannot absorb responsibilities without being overwhelmed.\u00a0 Bi-weekly meetings with Business Manager to ensure that accounts are balanced properly.<\/li>\n<li>Vote (Tabled until constitution approved)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Committee Chair (within subcommittee) (Special Events, Concerts, VIP, Advertising Committee Chairs)\n<ul>\n<li>Special events does events such as lobster bake, Concerts does concerts, VIP does speakers.\u00a0 In charge of everything on the day of the show.\u00a0 Does problem solving, organization, advertising, promo-booths, flyering, chalking.\u00a0 Liaison to Ryan Center workers.\u00a0 Help hospitality coordinator if necessary.\u00a0 Remain on premises to take care of any problems that arise.\u00a0 Introduce act on stage.\u00a0 Ensures that all executive members required are in attendance.\u00a0 Help with the setup if Hospitality needs it.\u00a0 6 office hours weekly.\u00a0 Stays for the entirety of the show from preparation to clean-up.\u00a0 Committees cannot exist without Chair.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Advertising President (lumped with the above)\n<ul>\n<li>Maintains committee.\u00a0 Designs posters and all the free items given out.\u00a0 Advertises for the committee as a whole.\u00a0 Works together with the advertising president to promote events on campus.\u00a0 Focus on ideas generation and PR does the distribution of the advertisement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Extra<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Eligible to vote on Hospitality Coordinator, Administrative Secretary:\n<ul>\n<li>Sam King, Eric Wang, Jen Scotti, Dan Bertel, Andy Donnelly, Austin Cordova, Romanuel Percy, Luis Gonzales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Eligible to vote on Sex\/Tres and Committee Chairs:\n<ul>\n<li>Sam King, Eric Wang, Jen Scotti, Andy Donnelly, Austin Cordova, Romanuel Percy, Luis Gonzales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>MEETING ADJOURNMENT TIME: <\/strong>\u00a05:16<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MEETING START TIME: 4:00 pm ATTENDANCE: Committee: Sam King, Eric Wang, Jen Scotti, Dan Bertel, Andy Donnelly, Austin Cordova, Romanuel Percy, Luis Gonzales Absent: Laura Creese, Janay Lewis, Ryan Buck Non-Committee: &nbsp;
