Usually just the hospitality coordinator and co-coordinator that does all the running and set-up. \u00a0Artists are picky about who can be in the dressing room, restricts the number of general members who can help in the position. \u00a0This year, worked with 10-15 artists since September. \u00a0Necessary to ensure that the artists have everything they need and keep the artists happy and willing to come to the university. \u00a0For consistency, request that one person to perform the duties instead of pushing the responsibilities onto the general members. \u00a0Has signatory powers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vote (Tabled until constitution approved)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Administrative Secretary<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All paperwork that is not finance. \u00a0Take minutes for exec board meetings. \u00a0Keep track of general office hours and meeting attendance. \u00a0Document events (photographing). \u00a0Helping with all documents edits (constitution editing). \u00a0Different from committee secretaries because focuses mostly on the executive meetings. \u00a0Also organizes minutes provided by the committee secretaries. \u00a06 office hours weekly. \u00a0Necessary to keep track of records of meetings and minutes, prevent the organization from falling into disarray. \u00a0Other executive members cannot take on the overwhelming workload of the secretary. \u00a0Needed to keep track of dates for promotional activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vote (Tabled until constitution approved)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sec\/Treas (within subcommittees)<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Go to assigned committee and take minutes and place them in dropbox. \u00a0Get minutes out to general members in timely manner. \u00a0Work closely with business manager to ensure that all financial activities have been completed (purchase orders). \u00a0Keep track of all finances for committees, shift funder, and complete purchase orders. \u00a04 office hours weekly. \u00a0Spend time before shows settings. \u00a0Perform promo booths, flyering, walking around advertising shows. \u00a0Substantially more times spent during the week of the show. \u00a0Minor differences of responsibilities between the positions within the different committees. \u00a0Necessary due to the enormity of the budget that the position handles. \u00a0Business Manager cannot absorb responsibilities without being overwhelmed. \u00a0Bi-weekly meetings with Business Manager to ensure that accounts are balanced properly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vote (Tabled until constitution Chairs)<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Special events does events such as lobster bake, Concerts does concerts, VIP does speakers. \u00a0In charge of everything on the day of the show. \u00a0Does problem solving, organization, advertising, promo-booths, flyering, chalking. \u00a0Liaison to Ryan Center workers. \u00a0Help hospitality coordinator if necessary. \u00a0Remain on premises to take care of any problems that arise. \u00a0Introduce act on stage. \u00a0Ensures that all executive members required are in attendance. \u00a0Help with the setup if Hospitality needs it. \u00a06 office hours weekly. \u00a0Stays for the entirety of the show from preparation to clean-up. \u00a0Committees cannot exist without Chair. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Advertising President (lumped with the above)<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Maintains committee. \u00a0Designs posters and all the free items given out. \u00a0Advertises for the committee as a whole. \u00a0Works together with the advertising president to promote events on campus. \u00a0Focus on ideas generation and PR does the distribution of the advertisement. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><b><b>Extra<\/b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><span
