Grinding on wood and damaging the property.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Going to say that the skateboarding rules in the handbook has to be enforced.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Committee is going to be working on Rhodyrama.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>President Anderson<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Going to Diversity awards so have to leave earl.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Want to do one on ones with everyone. Want to make sure that we are on the same page.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Short, middle, long term goals.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">If you as a chair want a Liaison, get in touch with me.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Vice President Montecalvo<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Working on first night. Want to do an information booth as well as something to draw some attention to us.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Welcome days went well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Going to start check-ins with senators in late October\/November.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Finance Chairman Buck<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Hempfest Bill coming up tomorrow. $6000 for ATR Treehouse, $2000 for headliner band.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Stressed that SSDP cannot be political with event or try and push any agenda.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Bill is being immediately considered due to timing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>CIO Inkley<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Treasurer Stikeman<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">SOLC is asking for money for supplies.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Get your W4 and I9 forms into Cheryl for stipends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>DOC Ara\u00fajo<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Working on redesigning the website. Have a couple of article Ideas in mind.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Both Coordinator Zach and myself will be working on the website.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Want to do a throwback Thursday for past accomplishments of the student senate. Could potentially work with alumni chapter to accomplish this.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Working on revamping the \u201cPeel back the issues\u201d campaign.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Cultural Chairwoman Kraft<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Rhody Paws: Working on getting more dogs for the event, and the quad has been booked.\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Health Services is doing a similar \u201cstress relief\u201d event the day before, April 27<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Meeting with housing regarding diversity training for RA\u2019s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>External Chairman Donnelly<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Narragansett Cleanup: The Wetland Society is teaming up with SAVE THE BAY for their own cleanup. I am in the process of combining the events.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Been really busy with voter registration campaign.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>SOARC Chairwoman King<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Recognition status change bill tomorrow.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Ryan and I having Presidents meeting next week.
