Punish teams that didn\u2019t show up in the future?<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Performances went pretty well \u2013 possibly include next year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Feedback form:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Received 3 responses\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Amount of time to find out winners was too long (40 mins)<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Most enjoyed the event! Would tell their friends!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Accessibility Challenge:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">School in New York:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Teams of 5<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">$15 to participate<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Accessibility scavenger hunt<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Money went to new handicap signs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Research on other schools\u2019 Disability Services:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Closed captioning<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Transportation (shuttles on hilly campuses)<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Sidewalk measurements<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Committees dealing with disability and accessibility issues<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Alternative class environments for deaf and hearing impaired students<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">RIC:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">General meeting to go over intentions and what they hoped to gain<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Divided into groups by different abilities\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Gave note to professors explaining what the event was<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">At the end of the day students summarized their normal day with accessibility issues<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">URI reached out to RIC but hasn\u2019t heard back<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Send Brittany further research\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">She will meet with Health Services to discuss the event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Rhody Paws:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Brittany reached out to Health Services to see if they would like to partner Rhody Paws\/Stress Relief Day on the Quad\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Will book quad if we don\u2019t hear back<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Will reach out to Counseling Center for information to give to students at the event\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Add a mental health element<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Make puppy chow?
