I would like to get them done soon.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">I need more nominations for SOARC Saturday (and Senator Sunday)<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Last Cigar report was not great.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Dress well for Dooley Dinner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>CIO<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Transition Materials\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Please try to get these complete over break to avoid transition materials that were hastily compiled.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">These materials are not an opportunity to distract your successor with all of activities you did not complete.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">You certainly can suggest some activities they could consider if they find themselves unsure of what to do in their new position.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">But this should be in a whole new document with the understanding that, while it is not a requirement, they should be entering their position with a good idea of what they want to bring to the position \u2013 since it is generally expected that new executive members will have new ideas to bring to the table.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Think of your materials as a guideline to fulfilling their bylaws.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Please do not micro-manage the position of your successor in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Committee Meeting Attendance\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">I have no idea of how you enforce attendance within your committee.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">As a friendly reminder, it is your responsibility to enforce attendance within your committee with two written warnings and the request of a members\u2019 removal from Senate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Agenda\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Carl needs them out as soon as possible, so please give me what you want to see as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Academic<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Final Exam Rights\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">We will be handing out coffee at the library to advertise these rights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Bylaws<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Representative vs Liaison<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Meeting with the Office of the Provost\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Looking to give students more freedom to choose<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Winter Tree\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">We could purchase a tree on the Quad (temporarily) to decorate it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Campus<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">No report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Cultural<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Accessibility Challenge\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Finally got the wheelchairs we would use.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Committee members are doing this Friday. Report will be completed over Winter Break.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Planning yoga day before finals.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Spirit of Giving\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">We got jackets and are looking into getting toys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>External<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Commuter Appreciation Day\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Friday, December 1<sup>st<\/sup>, 2017 \u2013 From 10 AM to 2 PM<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Magnets\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">72 out of 500 (15%) of them came in scratched, ruined.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">N-2100 will still be sponsoring the event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Finance<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">NASO \u2013\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">There was a student group issue. If you hear a issue being discussed without Austin C or me, please alert the people involved.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">They are trying to spend all of their money before they are derecognized.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">They had no space reserved for an event but they thought they had space reserved in the Hardge Forum.
