I am brainstorming different advertising methods.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Senate Mentees; I have a list.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">We are in talks for venues for Formal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Treasurer<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Sam has been filling in for Treasurer as the Finance Chair because she can sign-off on any purchasing paperwork. She is a signatory for all student activity dollars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>DOC<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Finals<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Commencement<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Minutes<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Bulletin Boards in the Senate office make me want to (unspecified sentence ending).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>CIO<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">3 People for Public Forum<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">VC for Executive Committee<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Liaisons Reports (Holiday Cards!!)<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Transition Materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Academic<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Thursday is Faculty Senate<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Indigenous People\u2019s Day is happening<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Provost\u2019s Office is responsive to the IDP Program. Johnny led this project. The Provost is sending the idea to the Deans and then some.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Final Exams are happening, and we are going to be in the library handing our coffee among other things.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Complaints are also happening.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Campus<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">We talked about what we can be doing now as Finals approach.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">The safety of the library is our priority. We are interested in getting an officer there during busy hours.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">I am planning on meeting with the Committee to develop new ideas tomorrow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Cultural<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">The Committee talked about the accessibility challenge.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Only building that presented any concerns was CBLS.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">The handicap seats in the lecture halls have been broken for a long time and no one has fixed it during the last semester.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">We got a good deal of money for Spirit of Giving,<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">I have been working with Laura for the yoga event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>External<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">You may have noticed all of my posts on Gavel Gang about the Commuter Appreciation Day<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Rhody Outpost is happening 12\/13<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">I met with the 2100.
