This will be a two year process that will put the university under a microscope and work to fix and address issues within the campus culture regarding.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Elections \u2013 Only one seat not filled. Debate tomorrow night. Elections this week, low amount signed up because so many running.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">SOLC \u2013 Discussion on previous meeting and moving forward.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Vice President<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Commencement is doing poorly because of a lack of applications.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">On my end, I feel like my committee is ready.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">We plan on extending the deadline so that more applicants can submit.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Progression Meetings are happening.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Membership, 5 have dropped recently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Treasurer<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">I signed for the elections, Zach\u2019s stipend.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Nothing from SOLC.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Senate Assassins started today. When Elections are being conducted, assassins will not happen in the Union.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Only small changes from last year\u2019s budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>DOC<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Social Media<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>CIO<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">I need to leave at 8:00 PM<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Quack<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Sustainability Committee<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Extending the Bylaws Committee<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Lawyer<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Taylor Temptations, or, I have no money.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">This is my position\u2019s last meeting as the CIO, I am sooooooo nostaligic already.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Academic<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">My committee was working on Bylaws.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">We are focusing on liaisons.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Discussion on an HRL Liaison.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Meeting with CELS Dean.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Campus<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">I met with Director Frankie Minor. He wants to introduce himself at Public Forum. He had connections with students at another University.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">The Director and I also talked about parking and laundry.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">The Committee talked about creating liaisons.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">I emailed Stephan Baker. The Parking and Transportation Committee is a thing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Cultural<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">We had T\u2019s over the weekend. We received over $250 in value of donations. We received way more tickets from SEC than we have in the past.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">We have only 14 participants.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Communicate this event to friends.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">The Women\u2019s Center is holding a Gender Empowerment Week.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">We are considering a co-sponsorship for this event.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">The Office of Sustainability is doing an event for Earth Month.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Discussion on issue within Disability Services<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">ProtoCall Demonstration discussion. ProtoCall is a 24\/7 call service that teams up with universities, counseling center here, to allow for more services for students that need help if facing a crisis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>External<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Narragansett<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Met with Town Council Liaison President.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>Finance<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Working on budgets<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">My plan is to work on Sundays and Wednesdays.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Things are looking ok, but we are already $9,000 over budget without Senate Admin. Once we trim off the unnecessary fat, we can get a better sense of what we are dealing with.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">The days the budget is going on the floor is staying the same.<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">We were given an estimate of $1,125,000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\"><strong>SOARC<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"minutes_text\">Stipend reviews are going well. We have one more Senate member to work with. Cigar is coming up next week.
