Resident students may park in Keaney or Brookside without a permit from May 8 through the end of the summer. Commuter students can park in lots 6 or 7 or parallel park on Flagg Rd this summer without a permit. In honor of their service, we have installed 6 dedicated Veteran Parking spaces<\/strong> across four prime parking lots at the top of our Kingston Campus. These spaces are specifically designated to accommodate those who have served, ensuring convenient and accessible parking for our Veterans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To park in these exclusive Veteran Parking spaces, first you must purchase a Commuter permit here<\/a>. Then visit our office at 44 Lower College Rd, 1st floor, Kingston, RI<\/strong> for the Veteran permit. Please bring your registration, DD 214 and\/or military ID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We are excited to provide this new resource as a small token of appreciation for the sacrifices made by our Veterans and military personnel. Reserved Parking spaces are assigned spaces that are reserved for specific individuals whose parking permit it is linked to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If your department is interested in purchasing a department reserved parking space, please email TAP@uri.edu<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n The cost of a Reserved Space for FY26 is $550 per space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There is a limited amount of parking options available for students, faculty, and staff at the Rhode Island Nursing Education Center.
