HOW TO ENROLL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you are a current full-time Graduate Assistant and wish to enroll in the fee deferment plan to pay your student fees, please download and complete the form below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ENROLLMENT DEADLINES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Please return completed forms to Enrollment Services. Forms must be received by October 24, 2025 <\/strong>for Fall <\/strong>semester requests and February 20, 2026<\/strong> for Spring<\/strong> semester requests. Please note that your assistantship award must be visible on your e-Campus Account Summary before deferment requests can be processed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PAYMENT SCHEDULE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You should refer to your e-Campus Account Summary to determine the actual amount due in fees for each semester.   You may divide the total fee amount into thirds and remit payment according to the following schedule.  Please note that your Fall semester balance must be fully paid by January 1, 2026, and your Spring semester balance must be fully paid by May 1, 2026, to avoid monthly late payment fees and registration holds. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

**If you are eligible to claim an education tax credit on your 2025 Federal Income Tax Return, it is important that your final Fall payment be received and posted to your account by December 31, 2025.<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

PAYMENT METHODS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Online payments are encouraged and can be made through your payment and e-bill portal.   Electronic payment from a bank account is free, however, a service charge of 2.75% will apply if paying by domestic credit card.   (Payment fees for international payment depend on country and method of payment).  Payment can also be made in person by cash or check at Enrollment Services (Green Hall, 2nd floor).  If paying by check, please include your student ID number on the memo line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LATE PAYMENTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Please note that monthly late payment fees will be assessed if the semester fee balance is not paid according to the dates noted above. Late payment fees are calculated as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
