Students may discuss any questions they may have regarding federal or private student loans with a member of our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/financial-aid\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Enrollment Services Financial Aid team.<\/a><\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>The first thing you will need to determine is your eligibility to apply either as a&nbsp;first-year or transfer student.
