All other required fees are the responsibility of the student and should be submitted with the waiver forms.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recently-dated evidence of Veteran status with a minimum 10 percent disability must be submitted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Veteran must be a permanent resident of Rhode Island<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Veterans must apply for and use financial aid first via the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/urldefense.proofpoint.com\/v2\/url?u=https-3A__studentaid.gov_h_apply-2Dfor-2Daid_fafsa&amp;d=DwMFaQ&amp;c=dWz0sRZOjEnYSN4E4J0dug&amp;r=s4Vqg_eGPN3UqKS-F39HI1YRx1N_gzAfXrc6w-CtBkg&amp;m=jb-QbVHaQp28me4m7HjaGIFC-O2aF_m3N_2I88PQZO2jkH_nnZt2bP_G3Fg6d4BM&amp;s=LugfS4AEE_aYVnDlwBpjTQoGvk-HBagKtoa-Ys9kLro&amp;e=\">Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)<\/a>&nbsp;before&nbsp;submitting a waiver.
