At the Women\u2019s Center, \u201ctea\u201d isn\u2019t just a drink\u2014it\u2019s a moment of connection. In pop culture slang, \u201ctea\u201d refers to gossip or insider knowledge, often shared in the spirit of truth-telling and community. Every Wednesday afternoon, we \u201cServe Tea\u201d by creating a welcoming space to relax, reflect, and learn. Sometimes, we invite special guests to \u201cSpill the Tea,\u201d offering valuable insights and lived experiences. These gatherings have become a cherished tradition\u2014an opportunity to uplift one another through knowledge, conversation, and community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Vagina Monologues<\/h2>

Originally written 27 years ago,\u00a0The Vagina Monologues<\/em>\u00a0is based on writer V\u2019s (formerly Eve Ensler) \u201cVagina Interviews,\u201d a series of conversations with over 200 women from around the world. This groundbreaking play is a collection of monologues that explore themes such as gender-based violence, rape, domestic abuse, and genital mutilation. Unflinching and unapologetic, the work is known for its powerful, and at times provocative, approach to raising awareness and fostering dialogue around the lived experiences of women.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
