*If you are coming to attend a reading, you can park at the Robert J. Higgins Welcome Center Parking Lot at 75 Briar Lane, Kingston, RI. The parking lot is very close to Green and Swan Halls, where the readings take place. Stop in at the Welcome Center to register your car or will get a ticket.
