Biography

Jarna Uddin (she/her) was born in Bangladesh and moved to the U.S. when she was 13 years old. She is fluent in Bengali, and English is her second language. As a proud first-generation college graduate from Framingham State University, she is currently pursuing her master’s degree in College Student Personnel at URI. Prior to moving to Rhode Island, she spent many years living in Boston. Outside of school, she runs a small Henna art business and enjoys hosting events. In her free time, she loves exploring new restaurants and cafés, and spending time with friends.
