Biography

Jessica comes to the Student Contact Support Center at the University of Rhode Island with over ten years of experience in retail sales, management and customer service.  Jessica’s extensive leadership background provides her with a deep understanding of supply chain and inventory management as well as human resources methodology and practices.  

Jessica is also a long-time volunteer for the Girl Scouts of the USA as a Troop Leader and Society for Creative Anachronism, a medieval history educational non-profit where she helps manage and organize both local and regional events and activities. It is with her varied experiences and passion for continuing education that Jessica strives to meet the needs of URI Online students.
