Designed for all Part-Time faculty teaching at URI, this four-session Community of Practice will help faculty develop relationships with colleagues, explore teaching successes and challenges, and further establish their teaching practice.
Program Outcomes
In this CoP, instructors will:
- Enhance their teaching skills by discussing challenges and successes with other part-time faculty.
- Establish relationships with other part-time faculty and URI colleagues.
- Develop a strategy for reflective practice that supports continuous teaching improvement.
