Are you interested in more effectively meeting your students’ unique learning needs? Curious about what is meant by the phrase ‘inclusive teaching’? We invite tenure-track and teaching-track faculty, part-time faculty, graduate teaching assistants, and post-docs to join this learning community/book club and find out. By reading and discussing the book Inclusive Teaching: Strategies for Promoting Equity in the College Classroom participants will explore inclusive and equitable teaching practices and consider ways to apply those strategies to their teaching practice. You will further develop collegial relationships along the way.

Sessions will meet from 3:30-4:45 pm on September 27, October 4, 11, and 25, and November 1 and 8. Each session is offered in a hybrid format where you can choose to attend either in-person or virtually. Participants who engage with at least 4 of the 6 sessions will earn a badge for inclusive teaching practices.
