Biography
Christopher is a graduate assistant within the Office for the Advancement of Teaching & Learning at the University of Rhode Island, where he supports assessment and accreditation initiatives across the institution. Prior to joining ATL, Christopher served as the CEO of Illmatic Constructions, where he managed residential repair and restoration projects. He is particularly excited to apply his economics, data analysis, and professional experience to support SLOAA accreditation processes and staff programming throughout the academic year. He values using evidence-based approaches to strengthen institutional effectiveness and student success. His research interests span economics, environmental policy, and sustainability. Outside of work and doctoral research, Christopher enjoys exploring Rhode Island with friends, playing video games, and pursuing research interests beyond his dissertation work. One of his favorite places in Rhode Island is Federal Hill in Providence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain processes for tracking assessment reporting and services offered through SLOAA.
- Review and enhance summary reports for evaluation and reporting back to varied stakeholders, including qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Research, recommend, and collaborate on the development of programming and resources, including assessment tools such as rubrics, reporting forms, documentation, relevant resources, learning modules, and topic based sessions.
