Biography
Katie joined the Office of Online Education in May 2022. She received her BA in Psychology and BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Rhode Island in 2021. She also received a minor in Leadership Studies from our University’s Center for Student Leadership Development.
Research
Katie’s research interests include the effects of speech disorders on juvenile delinquency and the potential benefits of speech therapy for offenders. Katie is also interested in researching the positive impacts that social groups may have on people with aphasia.
