Part-time Faculty Community of Practice

Designed for all Part-time Faculty teaching at URI, this four-session Community of Practice will help you develop relationships with colleagues, explore teaching successes and challenges, and further establish your teaching practice. Repeat participants are welcome! 

Program Outcomes

In this CoP, instructors will:

  • Enhance their teaching skills by discussing challenges and successes with other part-time faculty.
  • Establish relationships with other part-time faculty and URI colleagues.
  • Develop a strategy for reflective practice that supports continuous teaching improvement.
