Biography

Ren is a new PhD student who joined Dr. Alm’s lab in June 2023. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the College of Wooster in Ohio and is now a graduate student in the Biological and Environmental Sciences program. Ren is interested in working with native bees for her thesis and is especially interested in bee conservation, pollination ecology, and bee behavior. In her free time, Ren enjoys hiking, reading, and caring for her houseplants.
