The InBody 770 is a state of the art machine that estimates body composition based on a weak electric current sent through the body. 

This device is able to estimate body composition, provide insite to hydration levels as well as a comprehensive breakdown of how muscle and fat are stored in the body.

This test is suitable for all ages and fitness levels through participants with implanted electrical devices are not recommended.

BodPod

The Bod Pod is a tool used to measure body density similar to hydrostatic weighing but total water submersion is not required.

This test is accessible to all populations and will provide the participant an estimate of their body fat percentage as well as an estimate of their resting metabolic rate (number of calories your body consumes at rest per day)!
