The University of Rhode Island celebrated both undergraduate and graduate students in a new fall ceremony held Saturday, December 16, in the Ryan Center.

Parking
All graduates and guests should park in the Plains Road lot. Additional parking information and drop-off locations for the Ryan Center can be found under the βvisitβ.
Guest Tickets
An email was sent out by the Ryan Center, to all participating graduates on December 4th with a link to secure up to ten guest tickets per graduate. All guests, regardless of age, must have an electronic ticket with a unique QR code to enter the Ryan Center. Doors open for guests one hour before the start of the ceremony. Graduates who register to participate in the December ceremony after the deadline may not be guaranteed guest tickets.
Graduate and Guest Arrival Time and Entrances
All guests will enter the Ryan Center through the North Lobby entrance. Doors open 1 hour prior to the start of the ceremony. Graduates will be directed around the left side of the building to enter through the South Lobby entrance, where they will pick up their name reader card and line up to process. Graduates do not need a ticket but must be dressed in regalia to enter. Graduates should plan to begin arriving at 9 a.m. allowing time to pick up their name reader card and line up to process promptly at 10 a.m.
Photography
Photographers from GradImages, will be taking professional photos of graduates as they cross the stage during the ceremony. There will also be large lighted βURIβ letters on display, outside to the left of the Ryan Center, for graduates to use as a backdrop for photos before and after the ceremony.
