The University of Rhode Island is pleased to announce the official schedule for the Spring 2026 Commencement Weekend, to be held May 15–17, 2026, on the Kingston Campus.

Undergraduates completing degree requirements by May 2026 or August 2026 and graduate students completing degree requirements by May 2026 are eligible to participate. All ceremonies will take place in the Ryan Center, and will include both bachelor’s and advanced degrees for each respective college. Graduates will have their names announced, cross the stage, and have professional photos taken during their individual college ceremonies, listed below.

Registration will be required for all college ceremonies, and the number of guest tickets allotted will be based on the number of RSVPs and venue capacity. Additional information will be sent to eligible graduates through their URI email by early February.
