How Can I Get my Refund for the Polo G concert?   

All tickets for the Friday, September 17th show at the Ryan Center will be automatically refunded in full, in accordance with how payment was made: 

Payment with Credit Card via the Phone, Web or the Ryan Center Box Office – Ticket purchasers who paid with a credit card via the phone, web or at the Ryan Center Box Office in person will automatically be refunded for the ticket purchase and convenience charges within 5 days of the cancellation announcement.  Please note:  All refunds are credited back to the original method of payment. 

Payment with URI Student RAM Card at the Ryan Center Box Office – Ticket purchasers who paid with a URI Student Ram Card at the Ryan Center Box Office in person will automatically be refunded for the ticket purchase and convenience charges within 5 days of the cancellation announcement.  

Payment with Cash at the Ryan Center Box Office – Ticket purchasers who paid with cash at the Ryan Center Box Office must return to the Ryan Center Box Office with your ticket for your cash refund.   

Ticket Resellers – If you purchased your ticket via a secondary ticket reseller you must seek your refund directly with that seller.
