Conference Phones
The University’s primary telephone system is a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solution, providing dial tone to all non-emergency phones across all locations. VoIP phones offer native conference calling for up to six participants, while a dedicated conferencing solution supports up to 25 participants for larger meetings.
Additionally, WebEx and Zoom provide dial-in phone services linked to your university accounts. Dedicated conference phones for meeting rooms are available, though support is limited to specific models.
