The Ideation and Innovation Studio, I2(x), is your space to explore, build, and create. Open to all engineering students, the studio supports everyone — from first-year students just getting started to graduate students developing advanced research or entrepreneurial projects. Whether you have a big idea or just want to see what’s possible, you’ll find the tools, space, and friendly guidance to help you turn curiosity into innovation.

SPARK! A Student Innovation Workshop Series
This hands-on workshop series is designed to help you develop innovative solutions and learn how to turn an idea into a viable startup. Whether you attend one session or all five, you’ll gain skills you can apply in class, competitions, or even launching a business.

Have a promising idea? We’ll help you take it further. Selected participants will be invited to meet one-on-one with mentors for personalized guidance on validating and refining ideas, developing business models, building MVPs (Minimum Viable Products), and pitch preparation and feedback.
