While the organization is primarily geared toward Industrial and Systems Engineering students, it is open to anyone looking to build their skills, expand their network, and explore opportunities in the field.

The Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers (IISE) is committed to helping students grow both professionally and academically by providing valuable industry connections, skill-building opportunities, and a supportive community. Through networking events, workshops, and mentorship, IISE equips students with the tools they need to succeed in industrial and systems engineering and beyond. Open to all students, regardless of major, the organization fosters a community to prepare members for their future careers.

By working closely with companies and industry professionals, IISE provides access to mentorship, career guidance, and real-world experiences, such as company visits and guest speaker events.
