URI’s College of Engineering (COE) is happy to offer engineering tours for chaperoned groups of high school students. Visit our beautiful campus, learn about the College of Engineering’s five departments and more than 25 programs, including our world-renowned International Engineering Program.
The College of Engineering has more than 75 labs with cutting-edge research, from sensors to voting systems. URI’s research labs are interested in what is new: Alternative Energy, Biomedical, Clean Water, Cyber Security, Nanotechnology, Robotics, and Sensors.
A full-day visit to the College of Engineering includes an admissions information session, an informational International Engineering Program session, a Bay Campus tour given by a COE Ocean Engineering student, and a tour of the Fascitelli building given by a COE Student Ambassador,

Break into Engineering
