Biography

Subarna Das began her academic journey at the University of Rhode Island, where she earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. Having experienced student life firsthand, she brings a meaningful perspective to advising and understands the challenges students may face along the way. She is passionate about helping students explore their interests, navigate obstacles, and plan for success. Subarna aims to provide supportive, informed guidance in a welcoming environment where students feel heard and confident in their academic journey. In the College of Engineering, she advises students in Electrical, Computer, Biomedical, Industrial, and Ocean Engineering.
