Biography

Lisa Agyemang is a sophomore majoring in Engineering and French at URI. She completed her secondary education at Mount Pleasant High School. During her time there, she was involved in FTC Robotics, cross country, track and field, and French club. She plans on graduating from URI with a Bachelors degree in Engineering. This past summer, Lisa participated in the RI-INBRE Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) program, where she did research in the Wearable Biosensing Lab with Dr. Dhaval Solanki, and focused on developing 3D printed capacitive and pressure sensors on textiles.  This fall she will continue her research experience in the Quinlan lab focusing on data analysis.
