Josh Araujo

Josh Araujo is the production coordinator for the Publications and Creative Services office, a position he has held since 2008. He is responsible for organizing and coordinating the production of print and electronic communications with a wide range of audiences, from prospective students, to alumni, faculty and staff, and friends of the University. Josh works to ensure efficient scheduling and tracking of jobs, working closely with the assistant director of Publications and Creative Services, as well as editors, designers, photographers, vendors, and URI clients and partners. Additionally, Josh assists the office with budgeting, purchasing, records management, and analytics and reporting.

Josh previously worked at the Education Alliance at Brown University as a coordinator. He is a graduate of Rhode Island College and holds a degree in anthropology, with a focus on archaeology. In 2020, Josh graduated from Rhode Island School of Design’s Continuing Education program with a certificate in photography.
