This session will include an interactive discussion featuring experts from across the food system on how emerging businesses can access and leverage resources within their local eco-system to build their businesses. Stories will be shared to provide best practices and guide emerging food entrepreneurs through the opportunities and challenges of business growth. The discussion will be followed by a showcase of food entrepreneurs sharing their innovative products.
