The M2B Lab has been selected by the Space Biology Program at NASA to study the impact of circadian disturbances and partial gravity on muscle function. This project will study the effects of these two stressors combined in a Lunar mission analog. 

​Dr. Mortreux is also involved in the selected proposal led by Dr. Seward Rutkove, that will assess the effects of partial gravity and simulated Galactic Cosmic Rays on neurological and musculoskeletal functions.
