Biography

Sherrie Rose Talmadge has maintained a full-time arbitration practice for over thirty years. She serves as an arbitrator, mediator, and factfinder with extensive experience in both public and private sector disputes. A member of the National Academy of Arbitrators (NAA), she is co-Chair of its New England Chapter and a former member of the Board of Governors (2021–2024).Ms. Talmadge serves on permanent panels for the American Arbitration Association, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, Labor Relations Connection, and the U.S. Postal Service and its major unions, as well as various state, city, and private panels. She previously served ten years as an Administrative Law Judge for the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission and three years as an Arbitrator/Mediator for the Massachusetts Board of Conciliation and Arbitration. She is also a past President and current Executive Board member of the Massachusetts Chapter of LERA.

Sherrie Rose received her JD from Suffolk Law School.
