Biography

Tom Kruglinski is a labor arbitrator and mediator based in New York’s Hudson Valley, with a thriving nationwide practice.

With more than 35 years of collective bargaining and human resources experience, including more than 20 years as a labor-management neutral, Mr. Kruglinski has assisted unions and employers resolve their disputes and improve their working relationships in many industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, services, petrochemicals, food production and insurance.  In addition, he has extensive experience in the public sector at the federal, state, county, and municipal levels.

Mr. Kruglinski serves on several arbitration panels and rosters including the American Arbitration Association Labor panel, the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service roster, the NJ PERC, the New Jersey State Board of Mediation as well as several other state boards and rosters.  He has held leadership positions in LERA and SHRM. 

Mr. Kruglinski holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Syracuse University and a Master’s in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University.  He has completed the FMCS Course, “Becoming a Labor Arbitrator,” participated in three different salons run by the National Academy of Arbitrators and numerous arbitration-related professional development events.
