Biography

Matt Bodah is a Rhode Island-based arbitrator and mediator.  He began his practice in 2005 while he was a Professor of Industrial Relations at the University of Rhode Island.  He recently resumed accepting cases following his retirement as Vice Provost for Academic Personnel and Budget from URI.  He is on the panels of the American Arbitration Association, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, and The Labor Relations Connection.  He has also served as a mediator for the RI Department of Labor and Training.  He has been active in the Labor and Employment Relations Association at both the local and national levels and has been secretary-treasurer of the Rhode Island chapter for many years.
