Biography

James A.W. Shaw is a partner at Segal Roitman, LLP, in Boston. He represents unions and employees throughout all sectors of the economy, including construction, higher education, public schools, and the public sector. He appears regularly before the state and federal courts, the National Labor Relations Board, state labor agencies, and in arbitration. James has also taught labor and arbitration law at Northeastern University School of Law and Boston College Law School.
