Biography

Since 2005, Rebekah Smith, Esq., has served as an impartial neutral, with a particular focus on labor and employment matters since 2020. An NAA member, she is on the labor arbitration panels of FMCS, AAA, LRC, the National Mediation Board, and multiple permanent panels.  Rebekah also serves as a fact-finder and mediator, is an Alternate Chair on the Maine Labor Relations Board, and serves on the Board of LERA-Maine, of which she is a Past President.  She is a frequent speaker on labor-management issues.
