Evaluation Services

The Office of Strategic Initiatives (OSI) is a premier provider of program and grant evaluation services. For over 25 years, we have consistently delivered reliable program evaluations for state and federal government entities, schools, hospitals, non-profit organizations, and business clients.

At OSI, we view our relationship with grant leadership teams a true partnership, working together to ensure the success of the project or program. We are involved from the proposal writing stage and remain engaged throughout the grant award period. Our services include consulting on goal clarity, developing evaluation and assessment plans, identifying data sources and collection methods, implementing strategies to boost participation, and conducting data analysis and reporting.

Our extensive experience includes partnerships with faculty and Principal Investigators (PI)  from various URI departments, such as STEM, the College of Education, the Department of Computer Science and Statistics, the Graduate School of Oceanography, URI Cooperative Extension Service, the College of Pharmacy, the Department of Biology, the Department of Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences, and the College of Arts and Sciences.

Evaluation serves as a vital tool for monitoring progress towards objectives, reporting on impact, and demonstrating accountability to stakeholders such as funders, policymakers, implementing organizations, and community leaders.

OSI provides a range of evaluation services and collaborates with clients to identify the most suitable evaluation service(s) for their needs.
