Program Implementation

  • Participants engage in a blend of virtual and in-person sessions, with each module building on the last to enhance leadership capabilities over 10 weeks.
  • Participants will benefit from a cohort-based model, with a maximum of 28 participants, ensuring personalized attention and tailored learning experiences.
