Biography

Ms. Gazerro has over twenty-five years of experience in evaluation, assessment, collaboration building, and policy research.  She has over thirty years of proven professional experience building and sustaining long-term project partnerships and collaborations between higher education institutions, K-12 education systems, and corporate and community entities.  Her area of specialty lies in education systems and social policy.  Ms. Gazerro has worked on the development and implementation of several large and small-scale public and private grant program initiatives and evaluations.  She has extensive experience using formative and summative evaluation techniques and methodology to evaluate higher education, K-12 school-based initiatives, DEI programs, and industry-sector training projects and partnerships.  

As a professional evaluator on previous and current Federal, State, and locally funded projects, she assesses the impacts and outcomes in association with meeting overall and specific project goals and objectives.  Her experience includes knowledge of Federal reporting and technical requirements through evaluations for the National Science Foundation, U.S. National Institute if Health (NIH); the US Department of Education, the US Department of Justice, and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Finally she is currently certified in IRB Human Subjects research and Conflict of Interest protocols and procedures.
