Biography

James Cooper has served as an arbitrator since 1980 and has written well over one thousand Awards. He also serves as the Managing Editor of the National Academy of Arbitrator’s magazine, The Chronicle. The discussion in his panel will focus on writing persuasive writing to the arbitrator.
