Biography

Lisa Dublin is a Boston-based arbitrator and mediator with over ten years of labor and employment litigation experience representing national retailers and approximately two years serving as in-house counsel for a major telecommunications company. For the past sixteen years, she served as an administrative law judge for the State of Washington and currently works remotely as an industrial appeals judge. In her State work, she often presides over union workers and unionized employers in cases involving workers compensation, industrial safety, and worker health. She currently serves as Communications Chair of Boston’s LERA Chapter while developing her bi-coastal labor arbitration practice. She holds a Juris Doctor from Willamette University School of Law in Salem, Oregon.
