Biography
Ms. Mayberry has served as an attorney and an impartial neutral since 1992. She is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators and College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. She is currently the Chair of the Maine Labor Relations Board. Her practice includes grievance and interest arbitration and mediation, job classification/evaluation disputes, and independent fact-finding. She is an editor of the Labor and Employment Arbitration Bornstein, Gosline, Greenbaum, and Mayberry. In 2015, while Co-Chair of the NAA New England region, URI
partnered NAA NE to begin programming for the annual Labor Arbitration conference. She has been an instructor for the “Becoming A Labor Arbitrator” (40-hour course) (NAA, formerly run by FMCS), as well as the AAA and Boston Labor Guild. She has her B.A. in economics from University of Michigan and her J.D. from Temple University Beasley Law School.
