Biography

Timothy S. Taylor, Esq., arbitrator and mediator, is a graduate of Cornell Law School and the University of South Carolina, cum laude. He is a former chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the New York State Bar Association and a Member of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Arbitrator Taylor currently serves on AAA’s Roster of Arbitrators; The Labor Connection; the Panel of Arbitrators; and the New York State Public Employment Relations Board. He is the Master Arbitrator for the City of Buffalo and the Police Benevolent Association. He is admitted in New York, the U.S. Northern and Southern Districts, and the Eastern and Western U.S. Supreme Court.
